Our off-campus housing
is designed with students like you in mind. All our apartments have
five bedrooms and five bathrooms. You’ll have a private bedroom
with digital keypad access, and share the living room and kitchen
with four other students. One of the great things about living in
off-campus housing is there are no meal plans. Prepare your own
meals in a kitchen that’s fully equipped with all the appliances
you will need.
Plus, all this comes
at an affordable price and without hidden fees. all utilities are
included in the rent – hydro, water, gas, and
internet.

other uWaterloo and Laurier off-campus housing. All the students
who live in our off-campus housing have access to the common
lounge, which is furnished with large TVs and a fireplace. If
