A Room for Rent in a Fully-Furnished Apartment

We’ll provide you with a room for rent in a 5-bedroom suite. Your private bedroom comes with its own ensuite, three-piece bathroom. The shared areas of the suite include the kitchen and living room. Kitchens have a range of appliances to make preparing meals easy and living rooms have a large flatscreen TV — making them the perfect place to entertain guests.

Preston House and Bridgeport House offer two different floor plans, allowing you to choose the layout you prefer, but every room for rent is spacious and equipped with all the furnishings you will need.

Building Amenities

Unlike a traditional room for rent, you will be able to take advantage of all the amenities that are available. Our common room lounge is the perfect place to meet other students; you can watch TV, sit around the fireplace or play a game of pool. Since our housing is designed just for students, it also has a dedicated study area, which is a great place to work with other students or to hunker down and cram for upcoming tests and exams.

Safe Neighbourhood

Our apartments are designed with your safety in mind. Preston and Bridgeport House are located in a desirable neighbourhood within walking distance of Wilfrid Laurier University. They’re also close to the uWaterloo campus and downtown Waterloo. This means everything you need is within reach, whether you choose to walk, bike or drive. 

We also have security measures in place to keep you safe. These include fob entry for the buildings and the suites. To access your private bedroom, you will use a digital keypad. Our security controls extend to the onsite laundry facilities, too, and our professional, onsite management team is always available.
